Cengiz Söylemezoglu is the founding and senior managing partner focusing on company law, international law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, labor law, securities law and all kind of commercial dispute (inc. arbitration) resolution.

For over 28 years of his law practice, he has regularly advised clients on transactions, investments and disputes involving many sectors from international trade, financial services, securities, insurance, textile, energy to retail, chemicals, media and construction ext.

He is the co-head of the dispute resolution in commercial litigation, arbitration, white-collar crimes, administrative proceedings, civil investigations and criminal proceedings.
